A Sylhet court today sentenced industrialist Ragib Ali and his son to one year imprisonment in a case filed for holding editorial posts of a daily newspaper while being fugitive. Sylhet Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Saifuzzaman Hiru also fined them Tk 5,000 each, in default of which, they duo will have to serve one month more in jail, our local correspondent reports quoting Mahfuzur Rahman, additional public prosecutor of the court.
