Westchester Residents Face DWI Charges After State Police Detail

In an effort to combat intoxicated and impaired drivers throughout Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties, state police made the following DWI arrests between Friday, Nov. 18 and Sunday, Nov. 20: Grace L. Bernstein, 43, of Katonah, for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Bernstein, who was stopped by police on Route 100 for speeding, provided a positive breath sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .16 percent, state police said.
