Faced with the prospect that some of their students could lose vital legal protections under the incoming president’s administration, local college presidents are speaking out on behalf of their undocumented immigrant populations. In Worcester, the leaders of Clark University, Holy Cross, Assumption College and other campuses have formally announced their support of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, and intentions to protect the students it has helped.
