One of Charleston’s oldest historic homes has been sold for $3.25M
The buyer is a company formed by Cheryl Skoog Tague, a former banker whose Bronxville, N.Y.-based Core River Inc. designs, builds, landscapes and furnishes residential properties in places such as Aspen and London. The previous owner was a partnership formed by the Drury family.
