Commuters will need to get out their measuring tapes to see if their vehicles qualify under the new "compact cars" parking guidelines at the Chappaqua train station. New rules by the Town of New Castle Town Board for a compact only parking area, have changed the limit of the wheelbase for "compact cars" from 101-inches to 107, providing for more cars to qualify as compact.
