Country Children's Center announced that Clifford the Big Red Dog will be on hand for its annual Scholastic Book Fair and Pancake Breakfast. The fair is scheduled for Saturday, March 3 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and will be held at 466 Cross River Road in Katonah.
