In the wake of several "luring" incidents throughout Westchester County , police in Mount Kisco are investigating a sexual harassment complaint a woman driving on East Hyatt Avenue reported. According to police, shortly before 4 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, a woman sitting in her car on East Hyatt Avenue reported that she was approached by a man who asked her "inappropriate questions of a sexual nature."
