Two Mount Kisco residents have been arrested in connection with the slashing of a 36-year-old man on Lexington Avenue, according to Westchester County police. The 36-year-old suffered a "deep wound" to his left hand during the Monday morning attack and was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital Center for treatment, according to police.
