The New Rochelle Police Department is asking for the community's help to locate a missing teenage girl that hasn't been seen in nearly two weeks. The New Rochelle Police Department has issued a missing person report for 16-year-old Mabel Guiracocha, who was last seen on Centre Avenue wearing a blue NorthFace jacket, black sweatpants and blue Uggs on Thursday, Jan. 5. Guiracocha has been described as a 5-foot, 4-inch, 145 pound Hispanic female with a medium build.
