The New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority in association with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will launch HUD "Strong Families" Initiative and Smoke-Free Housing Campaign, Saturday-June 16th, 2018 - 345 Main Street, New Rochelle New York. Effective July 1, 2018, The New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority, under the direction of HUD, will implement a Smoke-Free Housing Policy.
