Two Ossining Rental Projects Get IDA Support

Westchester's Industrial Development Agency has issued preliminary approved incentives for two rental apartment projects in Ossining with a total private investment of $118.25 million, County Executive Robert P. Astorino recently announced. "The two projects approved today by the IDA will provide nearly 300 units of market rate and senior rental housing and affordable units, and will create hundreds of construction jobs for our economy," said Astorino in a release statement.

Snow Emergency Declared In Ossining

With up to a foot of snow possibly making its way toward Ossining, local officials have declared a snow emergency and announced temporary parking changes in the village. On Wednesday, Village Manager Paul Fraioli announced that beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Ossining would be in a state of snow emergency, establishing emergency parking and traffic regulations.
