Northern Westchester Motorist Had BAC Twice Legal Limit, Police Say

State police from Troop K made a host of arrests in a detail that targeted motorists who were driving while intoxicated and driving while impaired that included Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties conducted between Friday, Dec. 9 until Sunday, Dec. 11. Catherine A. Orza, 24, of Briarcliff Manor for Aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. Subsequent to a traffic stop conducted by state police from Somers on Route 35, Orza provided a breath sample that revealed a BAC of .20 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.
