A growing partnership between the MTA and the TAPPAN ZEExpress will result in improved weekend bus service between Rockland and Westchester counties, officials said Wednesday. Expected to begin in the first quarter of 2017, the partnership will impact Saturday service, which will increase by eight new bus trips from Rockland to Westchester and two extended trips to White Plains, according to a statement.
