Frank worked as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker in Yorktown Heights. He was an associate member of the FOP Steven P. Driscoll Lodge, past President of the Irish American Social Club of Northern Westchester /Putnam county, Person of the Year for the Club, Drum Major for the Yorktown Irish pipes and drums, a former Grand Marshall of the Mahopac St. Patrick's Day parade, member of the Mahopac St. Patrick's Day parade committee, former member of the Yorktown Lions Club, and an active volunteer with Friends of Karen and American Cancer Society.
