Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced that Stivenson Desir of 759 Main Street, New Rochelle, New York was found guilty today after a jury trial in front of Judge Barry Warhit of: On April 3, 2016 at approximately 3:17 a.m., the New Rochelle Police Department received several 911 calls reporting that shots had been fired in Lincoln Park. When they arrived on the scene, they found the victim lying face down in the center field area of the ball field.

Scarpino, Jr. The Bronx resident, 41, who did not speak during the arraignment before Judge Barry Warhit in Westchester County Court, is accused of killing O’Neil Bandoo and injuring five others following an argument around 4:30 a.m., Dec. 25, 2016, inside the Mansion at 4 N. Third Ave. He is charged with second-degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon, five counts of second-degree attempted murder, four counts of assault and one count of second-degree assault, all felonies, Scarpino said.

Man, 24, Faces Numerous Charges After Chase On Hutch Injures Three Officers

A 24-year-old Norwalk man is facing assault and numerous other criminal charges after he led Westchester County Police on a chase Wednesday night on the Hutchinson River Parkway, rammed two police cars and injured several officers before being subdued and placed under arrest, according to Kieran O’Leary, public information officer for Westchester County Police.
