It appears that Donald Trump’s campaign chant to “lock her up” is moving further and further into the newly inaugurated president’s rearview mirror. During his brief remarks before a congressional luncheon Friday on Capitol Hill, the president thanked Bill and Hillary Clinton for being in attendance for his inauguration and the subsequent luncheon.
