DWI Driver Flees Afte Acura Slams Into Bus Stop On Westchester Avenue

A Westchester man was arrested at his home after fleeing the scene of a car crash that destroyed a bus stop and utility pole on Westchester Avenue in Harrison on Sunday. Harrison police said Jesus Cano, 27, of Yonkers was arrested and charged after the crash, which occurred along the eastbound side of the service road to I-287 about 5 p.m., said Detective Derka Abbate When Harrison and Westchester County police arrived on scene they found a black Acura RSX, that had gone off the road and knocked over a Westchester County bus stop and a utility police, temporarily cutting power to a nearby traffic signal.
