Gordon Curtis Gaston, of Mount Vernon and arrested early Wednesday, shortly after police found the injured man lying in the street around 3:10 a.m., said David Chong, commissioner of the White Plains Department of Public Safety. The injured man was found after White Plains officers responded to a report of a fight involving two men at the corner of Post Road and Mamaroneck Avenue, Chong said.
