Driver With Six License Suspensions Busted By Police In Scarsdale

A man with six suspensions on his license was busted by patrol officers in Scarsdale during a routine traffic stop in the village, according to a police report released on Monday morning. While conducting traffic enforcement at approximately 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, the License Plate Reader in the department's vehicle indicated that Mount Vernon resident James McDonald, 38, was driving a vehicle whose license was suspended on Jan. 15 for "violation of toll collection regulations."
