More than 50 leaders from across Mesa County gathered Tuesday to begin a yearlong process of facilitating change for good in the community. At the Healthy Mesa County Community Transformation Meeting, participants from schools, the health care industry, law enforcement and public safety, human services and local governments met to identify the biggest problems in the county and start to work toward solving those problems.
