A 21-year-old man was arrested Friday and arraigned Saturday in connection with a homicide that occurred in Yonkers on Oct. 18, Yonkers police said. Donte Pace of Mount Vernon was arraigned in Yonkers Criminal Court for first-degree manslaughter and was remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail.
