The Wellsburg Chamber of Commerce welcomed its newest member, Spectrum Family Massage and Bodywork, 152 Rockdale Road, Hooverson Heights, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony during an open house hosted by Rachel Williams Carey, owner of the business.
