Jerrold Nadler, New York Democrat, said Monday he will not attend Friday’s inauguration and that he doesn’t see President-elect Donald Trump as a legitimate president even if he was legally elected. Appearing on CNN’s “New Day,” Mr. Nadler cited Mr. Trump’s “inflammatory comments, his racist campaign, his conflicts of interest, refusal to disclose his taxes.”
