Two senior Republican lawmakers have said they would vote to approve Rex Tillerson, President Donald Trump’s nominee for secretary of state. Senators John McCain of Arizona, and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, said they would support the former ExxonMobil chief’s nomination, despite their concerns over his relationship with Russia’s president.
