Chris Rockhold was selected Saturday by a small group of Libertarians to be the party’s standard bearer in a special election scheduled for April 11 to fill a vacancy for the Kansas 4th Congressional District. The seat was vacated when Republican Mike Pompeo was selected by President Trump to head the Central Intelligence Agency.
