A convicted sex offender released from prison a few months ago has been officially accused of raping and murdering Reagan Tokes, a 21-year-old student at Ohio State University. Brian Golsby, 29, was arrested Saturday only two days after Tokes’ body was found near a park entrance in Grove City, Ohio.
