Capito to speak Tuesday night at RNC in Cleveland
U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito will be one of six GOP senators to speak at next weeks Republican National Convention in Cleveland. Capito will speak Tuesday night, the second night of the RNC, which is expected to officially launch Donald Trump's presidential bid.
