John E. Brock, 66, Rochester, passed away at 11:39 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. John was a 1975 graduate of St. Joseph College, Rensselaer, with a degree in economics and sociology and went on to serve as a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
