Brothers George A. Oley III and Mark Oley, who rescued the Westhampton Pastry Shop from crumbling when they bought it last August, are considering a second bakery location in Westbury Shopping Center on Three Chopt Road. Their new venture would occupy space that The Mixing Bowl Bakery recently vacated when it moved to a new location at 8540 Patterson Ave. in the Beverly Hills Shopping Center.
