A BLIND World War Two veteran from Stafford has been formally presented with France’s highest honour for his part in the liberation of France. Rowland Edwards, 93, received the Chevalier de l’Ordre National de la Legion d’Honneur during a special ceremony at the National Memorial Arboretum.
