A DIABETIC carer was left angry with a Chippenham bus service after he was left waiting in the cold for nearly two hours for a bus that never arrived. Jonathan Hemmings was left waiting at Chippenham bus station for the X33 service to Devizes on Saturday morning and contacted Faresaver when the service failed to turn up at its scheduled time.

The latest vaccination uptake figures released by Public Health England show a total of 117,644 people across Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire are still at risk from the potentially fatal infection. Of the 203,674 patients in NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group , 84,135 remain unvaccinated and 33,509 of the 90,084 in NHS South Gloucestershire CCG.
