The upscale retailer has partnered with gift card provider CashStar Inc. to let customers email specific items from the retailer’s website to people on their holiday lists.

I write “apparently” because I’m too cheap to have a WSJ online subscription, so I’ll share the summary from New York magazine : Russian hackers tried and failed to infiltrate the Republican National Committee earlier this year by sending a series of phishing emails to a single employee, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Rio de Janeiro is abandoning its promise to treat the raw sewage polluting the Guanabara Bay as workers building a pipeline network and treatment plant are being fired and the state sinks into fiscal crisis.
