My first thought was to dfump this as a scam, especiallially considering the sites being mentioned but all the links do go back to whitehouse.gov and .gov sites are tightly controled. Ironically if it was truely sent via the whitehouse then they are trying to ban googles right to put or remove whatever media they want to on their own site and is itself a violation of the USA constitution.
