Rangers slip past Capitals for 2-1 win

Mats Zuccarello scored a third-period goal and Henrik Lundqvist made 31 saves in the New York Rangers’ 2-1 victory over the Washington Capitals on Sunday. Ryan McDonagh scored in the first period for New York, which has won seven of eight overall and five in a row at home.

Mikael Granlund, Jason Zucker, Matt Dumba and Charlie Coyle also scored for the Wild , who chased Henrik Lundqvist with four goals on 13 shots.
