Steven Bailey, a Republican candidate for California attorney general, will address the Redlands Tea Party Patriots when they meet 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at Mill Creek Cattle Company, 1874 Mentone Blvd., Mentone. Bailey, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, was an El Dorado County Superior Court judge until he retired in 2017.
