Students in Owosso Public Schools will no longer have to buy their breakfast or lunch at school thanks to a Federal Community Eligibility Provision Grant the district applied for through the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Klapko tells ABC12 it boils down to $5 a day roughly per student.
