The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ruled child rapist Richard Gardner cannot be held in jail because the District Attorney's Office in Massachusetts did not have jurisdiction of the out-of-state prisoner. Richard Gardner served nearly 30 years in Massachusetts and Rhode Island prisons for kidnapping and raping children back in the 80s.
