Officials from the Federal Aviation Administration said the Piper PA-24 crashed at about 3:15 p.m. in a wooded area off Peartree Drive in Westwood. "I looked up and I saw the plane over the top of the house and it just looked like it wasn't flying well," said Deb Murphy of Norwood.
