The parents of hundreds of infants and toddlers will be able to receive child care services after the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley was awarded a grant of about $7 million from the federal government. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, along with the office of U.S. Congressman Ruben Hinojosa, announced the grant Wednesday afternoon.
