The Trump campaign announced Wednesday that Bonnie Foster will lead the Casper office and be the state's campaign director. Foster, a longtime leader in the local and state Republican Party, will be responsible for recruiting volunteers who can call voters in Wyoming, Colorado and elsewhere.
