The husband of a 21-year-old Salem woman whose remains were found in a shallow grave in Tillamook County has been charged with manslaughter after authorities say he helped her commit suicide. Brian David Henry was indicted Friday by a Tillamook County grand jury on an accusation of second-degree manslaughter.
