Trav Robertson, a political strategist who has managed more than 15 campaigns in his career, announced plans Saturday to run for Chair of the South Carolina Democratic Party. The South Carolina native shared the news informally at a packed meeting of the Anderson County Democratic Party - a group he used to chair.
