Two middle schoolers arrested in Grants Pass for online ‘clown threats’

A pair of Grants Pass middle schoolers was arrested for making personal threats over Instagram that used a clown as a profile photo, the city's Department of Public Safety said Thursday. The boys, both younger than 12, were tracked down by one of the department's school resource officers after a student at North Middle School reported receiving personal threats from the account.
