The Pope County Quorum Court approved various fund transfers and appropriations and was introduced to the new director of the Arkansas Valley Alliance for Economic Development during its regular meeting Thursday. Paul Harvel said he wanted to meet each justice of the peace and talk to them individually in the near future.
