South Burlington police say they were monitoring traffic on Interstate 189 early Wednesday morning when Curtis Britt, 21, of Winooski, blew past going over 100 mph. When he pulled over, police say Britt also showed signs of impairment and had a blood alcohol content just over the legal limit of 0.08.
