The 44th annual Wisconsin Right to Life March took place in downtown Wausau early Sunday evening outside of the Marathon County Courthouse. Pro-life activists and organizers of the march Chet and Pam Rucinski spoke with WAOW Newsline 9, saying that the number of procedures being done is at a historic low.
