Port of Pascagoula, Cuba agree on interest in mutual partnership

In an effort to promote partnership and the blessing of U.S. Sen. Thad Cochran, Port of Pascagoula Director Mark McAndrews signed a Memorandum of Understanding with General Director Manuel Perez Guerra, General Director of the National Port Administration of Cuba. The agreement attests to the mutual interest to establish an alliance of cooperation aimed at facilitating international trade and generating new business.
