Investigation Continues into IWV Road Plane Crash Lang 4/8/17 The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are joining the investigation into a small plane crash that killed two people near Oxford. Sgt. Brad Kunkel with the Johnson County Sheriff's Office says the crash happened a little after 3pm Friday.
