Police are investigating a crash that left one person dead and two others injured in the Hillyard neighborhood Sunday morning. Officers say a driver jumped a curb near the Hillyard Subway near the intersection of Garland and Regal around 7:30 a.m. The driver struck three people sitting outside the restaurant.
