Tuolumne County plans to begin repairing storm-damaged Kewin Mill Road on Dec. 4 after more than six months of wrangling federal officials for funding. David Gonzalves, director of the county's Community Resources Agency, spoke to the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday about the project's urgency as the road provides the only access in or out of Cedar Ridge for more than 1,000 residents of the neighborhood.
